本项目总投资约78万元，建安费66.87万元。建设内容包括： 拆除原有铺装，更换防腐木铺装，更换木枋、栏杆等。 本项目拟通过择优选取的方式确定一家有资质的单位为本工程提供设计服务。

The total investment of this project is approximately 780,000 CNY, of which the construction and installation cost is 668,700 CNY. The scope of work includes: Removal of the existing pavement, replacement of preservative wood pavement, replacement of wooden beams, railings, etc. It is intended to select one qualified entity through competitive selection to provide design services for this project.

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
